Refunds

All fees are generally non-refundable. We may, however, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, for example in the event of duplicate charges or clear technical errors attributable to us.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Where a refund is approved, processing times may depend on your payment method and financial institution.

Billing

Charges appear under Ascendia Group LLC or our payment processor's descriptor. Subscription or recurring billing terms, if applicable, are shown at purchase. You are responsible for canceling recurring billing before the next charge if you no longer wish to continue, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
