Acceptance of terms

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

Payment terms

If you purchase paid offerings, you agree to pay all fees as described at checkout or in an order confirmation. Fees may be processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method. Taxes may apply where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

Text messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number to us or opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Ascendia Group LLC, you may receive the following types of messages:
